William M. DiCristofaro, CFP®, AIF®, CEPA®, MBA
Partner
William DiCristofaro leads Integrity Benefit Partners with a simple belief: financial advising should be personal, thoughtful, and rooted in trust. With more than 30 years of experience, Bill has helped clients navigate some of life’s most important transitions—whether planning for retirement, guiding a business owner toward succession, or helping a municipality manage long-term benefit commitments. His calm, conversational approach reflects the values at the heart of Integrity Benefit Partners: care, clarity, and commitment to doing what’s right.
Bill’s professional path blends technical expertise with a lifetime of service. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Assumption College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut, he began his career in financial services and quickly recognized that clients needed more than products—they needed understanding. That early insight led to his work with business owners, municipalities, and families, offering steady support in times of uncertainty and change.
He holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and proudly served in the Connecticut Army National Guard, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Bill’s military service helped shape his approach to leadership and planning: disciplined, deliberate, and guided by a strong moral compass.
In founding Integrity Benefit Partners, Bill brought these values to life—building a firm grounded in conversation, preparation, and enduring relationships. He also developed the Freedom Blueprint™, a confidential, practical process to help business owners prepare for transition long before they reach the point of decision. His work is guided by the EIPIC Model™, Integrity Benefit Partners’ client-centered planning process that emphasizes education, discovery, planning, implementation, and coaching.
Bill’s commitment to community has long been part of his life. He currently serves as Chairman of the East Haddam Redevelopment Agency and previously held the role of Chairman of the East Haddam Board of Finance. At Saint John Paul II Parish, he serves on the Finance Committee and as a cantor during Sunday Mass. He is also a board member of the Amity Club of New Haven, a longstanding organization dedicated to fellowship and charitable giving. These roles reflect the same deep values Bill brings to every client relationship: integrity, tenacity, and the belief that helping others—one relationship at a time—is a life well lived.
