Community Engagement in Connecticut

Helping People, One Relationship at a Time

At Integrity Benefit Partners, we’ve always believed that how you show up in your community says as much about your integrity as your professional track record.  Our mission — Helping People, One Relationship at a Time — doesn’t just shape our financial planning philosophy; it reflects how we live, lead, and serve every day.

Community engagement is not a box we check.  It’s a way of life.  From town revitalization and faith-based stewardship to scholarships and direct service for families in crisis, our team is embedded in causes that uplift, protect, and inspire the people of Connecticut.

This page reflects the work we do beyond the office walls.  It also reflects our values — Integrity, Tenacity, Family, and Growth.  When clients choose to work with us, they’re not just gaining an advisor.  They’re partnering with people who care deeply about making their communities stronger.

How We Give Back

Our advisors and staff volunteer their time, donate resources, and serve in leadership roles that promote wellbeing, equity, education, and resilience.  We support both long-standing civic institutions and innovative grassroots nonprofits.  And when we join a cause, we bring the same level of care and commitment we give our clients.

Here’s how we contribute:

  • We help towns grow smarter, believing that strong towns create strong families and businesses.
  • We support parish life and stewardship, ensuring religious communities can continue their mission.
  • We empower children and families in crisis, through advocacy, funding, and hands-on service.

We don’t just show up — we roll up our sleeves, stay involved, and build lasting relationships that extend our impact far beyond the workplace.

Our Philosophy of Service

We see a direct line between personal purpose and professional integrity.  The same care we bring to our clients’ lives — through listening, strategizing, and building trust — we bring to our community work.  Our involvement is not incidental.  It’s intentional.  And it’s personal.

Clients often tell us they choose Integrity Benefit Partners because they want to work with people who live their values, not just state them.  Our community work makes those values visible.

Organizational Outreach

We’re building initiatives that go beyond individual participation to create a collective impact. These efforts reinforce our belief that business success and social responsibility are not mutually exclusive — they are mutually reinforcing.

The IBP Team Sponsored an American Red Cross Blood Drive

We had the honor of sponsoring and participating in a community blood drive with the American Red Cross at West Hartford Town Hall.

Thank you to everyone who came out to donate. It was incredible to see so many neighbors, clients, friends, and first-time donors contribute.

Here's a photo of our team rolling up their sleeves. It was a day filled with purpose, connection, and generosity. We look forward to doing it again.

Why This Matters to Our Clients

When you work with us, you’re partnering with people who live their values.  Our clients — many of whom are business owners, professionals, or stewards of their own communities — often seek an advisor who sees the world as they do.  They want financial strategies aligned with their personal goals and relationships rooted in trust.

Our community engagement is just one of the ways we show what that trust looks like in action.

Know a Cause That Aligns With Our Mission?

We’re always eager to learn about causes that matter to our clients and friends.  If you know a nonprofit or local initiative that aligns with our values, we invite you to reach out.  Together, we can continue helping people — one relationship at a time.
