Matthew Conroy believes that clarity is one of the greatest gifts you can offer someone — especially when it comes to their financial future. At Integrity Benefit Partners, he supports the team in delivering smart, personalized strategies that reflect the firm’s mission: Helping People, One Relationship at a Time.
Matthew joined Integrity Benefit Partners while completing his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, where he was a seven-time Dean’s List honoree and an active member of the Finance Society. He also competed in the Husky Case Competition Club, helping his team take first place at a national event hosted by American University. That experience sparked a deeper interest in planning, collaboration, and finding solutions that matter — all qualities he brings to his work at Integrity Benefit Partners.
In his role, Matthew contributes to client onboarding, financial plan preparation, Freedom Blueprint™ data gathering, and retirement plan servicing. Whether supporting a municipality, business owner, or professional, he takes pride in offering reliable follow-through and attention to detail. His hands-on involvement with Integrity Benefit Partners’ advisory and client-experience teams reflects a mindset of continuous learning, humility, and care.
Matthew’s approach mirrors the firm’s core values: Integrity, Driven and Growing, Tenacity, and Family. He believes small moments — a well-prepared spreadsheet, a returned call, a clear explanation — are what earn trust over time. That belief, paired with his curiosity and work ethic, makes him a valuable member of the next generation of advisors.
