Kiley Harnish

Kiley Harnish ensures that every client interaction at Integrity Benefit Partners is marked by clarity, responsiveness, and care.  Whether she's supporting onboarding, managing communications, or planning a Freedom Blueprint™ session, Kiley brings a calm and consistent presence that clients and colleagues alike rely on. Her goal is simple but powerful: make each client experience feel thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely supportive.

Kiley began her career with Integrity Benefit Partners immediately after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida, where she also minored in Economics.  As an intern-turned-teammate, she quickly became a trusted connector across departments — known for keeping projects moving and clients informed.  A former Division I soccer player at Seton Hall University, she brings a deep understanding of focus and teamwork to her role.  She holds both her Connecticut Life, Accident & Health Insurance License and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.  Her contributions span marketing, planning support, operations, and communications — all delivered with professionalism and follow-through.

She approaches each day at IBP with purpose—whether coordinating logistics, crafting communications, or reinforcing the firm’s high-touch service model.  Kiley’s work reflects the firm’s mission to help people, one relationship at a time, and her approach echoes IBP’s core values: Integrity, Driven and Growing, Tenacity, and Family.
