Dominic Schioppo has spent more than three decades guiding individuals, families, and business owners through life’s biggest financial decisions.  He believes that clarity, consistency, and trust are the cornerstones of good planning—and he brings those values to every relationship he builds.  Dominic’s approach is steady and thoughtful, and he’s known for helping clients feel more confident and prepared at every stage of life.

With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven, Dominic’s education laid the groundwork for a career grounded in both knowledge and care.  He later earned the CEPA® designation (Certified Exit Planning Advisor), allowing him to guide business owners through complex transitions with foresight and strategy.  For over 30 years, he has helped clients develop tailored strategies across retirement planning, risk management, employee benefits, and business continuity.  Dominic has also been recognized as an eight-time recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager Award* (2013-2020)—an honor that reflects both his technical skills and his commitment to serving others with integrity.

Dominic’s work is deeply aligned with the mission and values of Integrity Benefit Partners.  He brings our planning model to life through education, clear communication, and long-term follow-through.  Whether he’s walking a client through the details of a benefits package or helping a business owner plan their eventual exit, Dominic focuses on the relationship first.  He embodies the core values of our firm—Integrity, Driven and Growing, Tenacity, and Family—and reminds us every day that success comes from staying present, asking good questions, and never rushing a big decision.  For Dominic, helping people—one relationship at a time—isn’t just our mission. It’s his.
