With more than 15 years of experience in financial services and client care, Danielle has built a reputation for managing details with precision while making people feel at ease. She is the backbone of IBP’s operational and client service experience—ensuring that day-to-day systems run smoothly and that clients always feel supported. Her ability to anticipate needs, follow through on commitments, and maintain a calming presence makes her an essential partner in the firm’s success.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, service, and organizational leadership. That early interest in people and process still shapes the way she shows up for clients and teammates every day.
